Accessibility requirements on the ProAgria website apply only to project pages and materials that have received public funding of more than 50% of the total funding. The service is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires that public online services must be accessible.

2. Undue burden
We assess on a case-by-case basis when accessibility imposes an unreasonable cost. Not all project events and videos are captioned if they impose an unreasonable cost.
