I´m a leading specialist of grassland and facilitating skills of discussion groups. I train the trainers and make facilitators courses in Finland and in other countries. I also work as a facilitator myself in many different farmer discussion groups, especially grassland and farm management groups. My passion is to develop tools and new ideas for farmers’ discussion groups and to organize and lead practical and useful study trips for farmers abroad.

My work during the growing season also includes plenty of farm visits outside the discussion group process, especially dairy and beef cattle farms with silage and grazing management. I often make presentations about facilitating skills and grassland (silage & grazing).
